Berks Encore Legacy Society
Many Berks County men and women have benefitted from the senior services that Berks Encore has been providing since 1965. In 2010 the Board established the Berks Encore Legacy Society to recognize people who make Berks Encore a part of their estate plan through a bequest or other planned gift. These generous donors are helping to guarantee that the good work of Berks Encore will continue into the future and we value their legacy.
You, too, can be a member of the Berks Encore Legacy Society. How? It's easy.
You can name Berks Encore in your will or make Berks Encore the beneficiary of another asset such as a retirement plan, life insurance policy, charitable trust, bonds, securities, certificates of deposit, etc. You can gift real or personal property too.
Membership in the society includes
- A special gift
- Invitations to special events
- Listing in a selected Honor Roll of Donors
- Feeling the joy of providing a legacy for the future
There are many ways to make a gift to Berks Encore. Most of them will give you or your estate a charitable deduction. Your gift will give you an opportunity to provide a legacy to future generations who need and can benefit from the quality services Berks Encore provides, including Meals on Wheels, Medicare counseling, free income tax preparation, educational programs and six senior centers.
If you value the services that Berks Encore offers and support its mission, please join the Berks Encore Legacy Society by remembering Berks Encore with a bequest. You, too, can leave a legacy.
Please contact Melissah Jablonski at (610) 374-3195, x223, or at ApplaudingLife@BerksEncore.org for more information.
No goods or services have been provided in return for this gift. All contributions are tax-deductible as allowable by law.
